Alison qualified as an Optometrist in 1987 and joined the family business, Reynolds Opticians, straight from university. A past chairman of Cornwall Local Optical Society, and a current Director of Primary Eyecare (Cornwall & Isles of Scilly) Limited, she has always championed excellent patient care in local optician practices. Now enjoying semi-retirement, she has more time to spend on her other interests including walking, choral singing, travelling, the WI, various crafts and musical theatre. She hopes that the world is ready for her crocheted version of the cast of Hamilton but fears this may not be the case.
